For the Community Recognition Project, we may also collect:

• Nominee name and contact details
• Contextual information provided in support of a nomination

In some circumstances, information voluntarily provided may include sensitive information (such as health, hardship, or personal circumstances). Sensitive information is collected only where reasonably necessary and handled with appropriate care.

Payment information is processed securely by a third-party provider (Stripe). Rochelle Swift Photography does not store credit card details.

• Access online galleries or place print orders

We use Studio Ninja to manage bookings, contracts, questionnaires, invoices, and client communications.

Where information is provided about another person (for example via a nomination), the person submitting the form is responsible for ensuring they are authorised to share that information.

• Provide and manage photography services and products
• Communicate regarding bookings, scheduling, invoices, galleries, and service updates
• Deliver online galleries, prints, albums, and artwork
• Process payments securely
• Administer the Community Recognition Project

• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations

If required information is not provided, we may be unable to deliver services or assess nominations.

4. Image Use, Copyright & Privacy

Rochelle Swift Photography retains copyright in all images created.

Image use for portfolio display, website content, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes is governed by the Photography Services Agreement, Model Release, or other written agreement entered into with you.

Privacy rights relating to personal information are separate from copyright and image-use permissions.

Where promotional consent is granted, it is documented in writing. Where consent is declined, images will not be used for promotional purposes.

Requests relating to image removal or usage are handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and may be subject to contractual, legal, archival, or technical limitations.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy overrides the terms of a signed Photography Services Agreement or Model Release.
